About me

About me

Hi, I’m Jason Roszhart — a pastoral counselor, hospital chaplain, life coach, and small business owner who loves helping people grow into who God made them to be and maximize their gifts and skills.

I’ve spent my career walking with people in their most honest moments — in churches, hospitals, homes, and meeting rooms — helping them make sense of life, loss, calling, and faith.

A Bit of My Journey

I was born and raised in a small Texas city, where faith, family, and community were the fabric of life. I came to know Christ as a child and sensed a call to ministry in my early teens – a call that has guided my path ever since.

Over the years, that calling has taken many forms:

  • Pastoral ministry, helping people grow in biblical wisdom and discipleship.
  • Hospital chaplaincy, standing with patients and families in moments of crisis, grief, and grace.
  • Business leadership, building and managing a marketing company that serves people and organizations with integrity.

Each of these settings — the church, the hospital, and the marketplace — has shaped my heart for whole-person growth. Whether I’m sitting beside someone in an ICU, mentoring a pastor through burnout, or helping a leader regain focus and peace, I see every conversation as sacred ground.

Theological Explorer

I hold a Master of Theology (Th.M.) from Dallas Theological Seminary and a B.A. in Socio-Cultural Anthropology from Biola University, where I studied classics in the Torrey Honors Institute’s Socratic tradition.

My studies in theology and anthropology continue to shape how I see the world — through both a biblical and deeply human lens. I love exploring how faith, culture, and community intersect, and how truth and grace can transform ordinary life. I’m especially drawn to the wisdom of the Church through history — how men and women of faith have wrestled with holiness, suffering, and God’s calling in their own times.

Entrepreneurial Spirit

In addition to ministry, I co-founded Review Recruiters, LLC, a marketing and reputation management agency based in North Texas. Leading a business has taught me resilience, stewardship, and how faith can inform excellence in the marketplace. I believe spiritual formation doesn’t stop at the church door — it extends into leadership, decision-making, and how we treat people every day.

My Philosophy

I believe discipleship is relational and lifelong. Growth happens through God’s work in and through other people — life-on-life, on the go, and in the midst of the everyday. It’s often in conversation, friendship, and shared struggle that God shapes us most deeply — not only in conferences or church services (though He uses those too!).

Coaching, for me, is a ministry of presence: helping others slow down, listen for God’s voice, and take the next faithful step.

I want people to know they’re not alone — that even when life feels uncertain or faith feels fragile, God is still working through the people and moments around them. My hope is to help clients rediscover direction, hope, and a renewed sense of calling, all while staying deeply rooted in the body of Christ.

Life Beyond Work

I live in Grapevine, Texas, with my wife Nandi — an educator, theologian, and founder of Inquire Ministries — and our two adventurous young boys. They are my greatest joy and my most honest teachers.

When I’m not meeting with clients or visiting patients, I love biking outside with my family, tending a small garden, and having deep conversations over good coffee. I’m endlessly curious about theology, culture, and the ways ordinary people live out extraordinary faith.

I believe life is sacred, time is short, and grace is real — and I’m honored to walk with others as we grow through what we go through.
